A GOLDEN WEDDING
Mr. and Mrs. Moses Topham of Woodside celebrated their golden wedding on Saturday. For the past quarter century the old couple have resided in this charming centre of the Onkaparinga district where they are held in high esteem. Mr. Topham's worth has always been recognized. For four years consecutively he was chairman of the District Council whilst his usefulness and versatility have found good scope as a member for many years of the local Institute and the Board of Advice. It was on July 14, 1850 that Moses Topham and Martha Wilson were united in matrimony at the fine old Parish Church of Bradford, Yorkshire. Of this union two sons and one daughter are still alive one son, Mr. Joseph Clapham residing at Coolgardie.
WOODSIDE. Adelaide Advertiser Thursday 8th May 1902
May 5 -The funeral of the late Mr. Moses Topham, who died on Saturday, was largely attended. He was 71 years of age, arrived in South Australia in 1875, and was connected with the Lobethal Tweed Factory.

That Moses was born in Sutton/Kildwick is unsettling but it looks as though his father John was born in Bradford and moved to Kildwick sometime around 1741 and returned to Bradford later on.
