Rev.Joseph Dale: "William , baptised 18th of September, 1704, married Lucy Whiston, 29th of June, 1732, and was buried 6th of June, 1770 ; by this lady, who was born in July, 1714, he left issue, two sons and two daughters ; John, the eldest, born in February, 1735, and William, born in January, 1740, who married Frances Blakemore of Shiffnal, and died 1814 ; Anne, born in May, 1737, married Thomas Cuxson of 30th of May, 1759 , and had issue ; and Lucy, born in July, 1 married John Minor of Grinshill, 30th of November, 1769."

Consideration: William Bishton jnr. has taken on himself to pay off the debts of William Bishton snr.
William Bishton snr. grants to Thomas Jellicoe and Walter Stubbs his house and lands belonging in Shackerley, Donington, heretofore purchased from Richard Ward, and his half of one house with lands belonging in Killsall, and his several pieces of land purchased from William Whiston heretofore in the possession of Richard Wall; the rest of William Bishton snr.'s property, except the capital messuage with the hempbutt and garden belonging, in Shackerley. To hold on trust so that William Bishton snr. and Sarah his wife may yearly receive for their joint lives an annuity of £18 by quarterly payments, if Wm B. snr. survives Sarah, Wm B. to have an annuity of £12 for life; if she survives him she shall have an annuity of £6 at the death of the survivor, to the use of William Bishton jnr. his heirs and assigns forever.
Whereas William Whitmore late of Apley esq, decd. by lease of 14 April 1712 let to William Bishton snr. his half of the tenement and farm in Killsall for 99 years if the 3 lives specified so long live.
Now William Bishton snr. assigns the lease to William Bishton jnr. William Bishton snr. grants to William Bishton jnr. all his household goods and furniture of bedding, linen and woollen, plate, brass and pewter, all iron ware of pots &c, tables, chairs, stools, cupboards, presses, coffers, trunks, boxes, shelves and all the washing and brewing tubs and vessells and all other household goods in the dwelling house of William Bishton snr. at Killsall, quick and dead stock, and all utensils of husbandry, the goods and stock removed from Kilsall to Shackerley and all the goods and stock of William Bishton and Sarah, except the capital messuage.
