The 1911 census raises a few questions:
Why did William get Percival Harold's name wrong (if he did)?
Why did William get Charles William's name the wrong way round (if he did)?
Who were the three children who died?
I can't see there being two bricklayers from Coven with the same name, born the same year, both with a wife Harriet from W'ton and with two sons with very nearly the same name and both living in the same lane. The 1901 and 1911 censuses must, in my opinion, relate to the same family.
Could these two records explain the confusion over Harold's name:

Frederick must have died before 1911 as by then only 5 are still alive and, between them, the censuses name 6 children. There are still gaps between Frederick & Charles, Ernest & Archibald and after Dorothy where the other infant who died could have been born.
