The baptism records for Frances Beatrice have not been easy to track down but I believe that on 6 Jan 2010 I have solved the mystery.
Most user-submitted trees found on the 'web' list Frances Beatrice's year of birth as 1797 - most unlikely given that she was married in 1812. Too many 'researchers' merely copy the conclusions published by others without verifying the facts for themselves and now the majority of trees uploaded to genealogy web-sites contain the same incorrect data.
Pinning-down the Year of Birth
a) The policy of rounding down ages to a multiple of 5 years in the 1841 census gives places her birth between summer 1791 and early 1796.
b) An error in transcription of the 1851 census made by 'Ancestry' gives her age as 50 - clearly, this is wrong as she would have been getting married when she was only 11 yrs old. A close examination of the original handwritten return reveals that her age is in fact recorded as 59, giving a birth year of 1791 or 1792.
c) This is confirmed by her burial record at Merridale Cemetery which shows that when she died in August 1860, she was 69 yrs old, giving a birth year of 1791.
In researching these families, a number of records crop up showing connections between Egginton, Dovey and Rhoden families. One of the baptisms recorded in the registers at St.Peter's is:
bap: 27 Dec 1791 RHODEN Fanny Bettrice daughter of John & Sarah.

Two big questions:
1. Why get married in Sedgley if neither of them hailed from there (both claim to be born in W'ton in the 1851 census)?
Was he a catholic getting married to a protestant and didn't want to be excommunicated? Was FB 'with child' (if so, which one?).
2. If Joseph b1785 was truly Thomas's brother would he have chosen this day for his dau Sarah's baptism in Wolverhampton?
